This solar kit is not only lightweight and portable they produce plenty of power to charge your 12V battery/batteries. This kit is capable of a 17.14AH power output, connected to a 20A Curtech LCD regulator it is capable of keeping up with most camping power needs.
5 panels with their own adjustable removable legs can be adjust to the correct angle to catch the best sun rays.
The kit size when folded is 800mm high by 550mm wide. Unfolded size is 2725mm x 800mm and the total weight is 10.15kgs.
Included is 5m of wire with Anderson compatible plugs on the lead and regulator. This allows for easy removal of the regulator from the system so the kit can be connected to any 12V DC to DC controller with Anderson plug connectivity.
The Curtech water resistant LCD regulator is simple to use and will charge multiple battery types such as LiFePO4, LTO (Lithium Titanium Oxide), Gel, AGM, Conventional lead-acid (WET) and Calcium Batteries.
The regulator is enclosed in its own pouch which can be hung from the rear of the kit to make it easier to check the status of your battery charging.
The regulator will give you information such as the charge voltage of your battery, the number of Amps going into your battery and how many Amps in total have gone into your battery.
The regulator has been design for camping and even if you make a mistake connecting it the unit will not be damaged. Simply fix your error and it will work.
For the days when it is a bit windy included is a pack of pegs which can be used to hold the kit in place.
Included in the kit is a protective storage/carry bag. This bag has a pocket on one side for the storage of the manuals, wire, pegs and regulator when not in use.
