At Totally 12 volt we’re committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Doesn’t match its description

  • Fails to perform as promised

  • Is unsafe

If the issue is major, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we’ll arrange a prompt repair or replacement.

 Change of Mind Returns

While not required by law, we offer store credit or exchanges for change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Item is unused, in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided. (Receipt of purchase)

Exclusions: Change-of-mind returns are not available for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Time of return exceeds of 30 days of purchase.

 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our team at admin@totally12volt.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Faulty items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
